Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Commerce Regarding Helping Foreign Trade Enterprises to Cope with Difficulties and Reduce Losses amid Epidemic

Dear Members and Friends,

the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce through the Embassy of Italy in the PRC kindly inform you that the General Office of Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) published a Notice Regarding Helping Foreign Trade Enterprises to Cope with Difficulties and Reduce Losses amid Epidemic.

 

The Ministry of Commerce of China has guided six Chambers of Commerce for import and export (which are: China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile and Apparel, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industrial Products and Art-Crafts, China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Importers and Exporters, China Chamber of Commerce of Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products) to provide relative services such as certificate of force majeure, legal consultation, exhibition coordination, supply and demand matchmaking for those foreign companies that failed to meet the contractual deadlines due to the restrictions imposed for containment of the COVID-2019 epidemic.
