Tuesday, October 24th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce organized the Visa Regulation and HR Trends Seminar in Chongqing.
Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing, Chongqing Foreigner Administration Bureau Exit-entry Administration Bureau and FESCO Adecco have supported this activity.
Visa is the basement for the corporation of countries, in the meantime, the human resource is one of the most precious tools for the management of the employees in all types of company. This Seminar covered 3 keynote speeches, firstly the visa officer from Consulate, Ms. Piera Giordano and Mr. Simone Gianferoni explained the details for Chinese citizen who are willing to apply for Italian business visa.
After that Ms. Xu Chunlan and Mr. Xu Zhengfang, from Chongqing Municipal Pubilc Security Bureau, Exit-entry Administration Bureau, have given a lecture with the theme “New Working Visa Regulation for Foreign in China”, in which they provided the information for the foreigners and the enterprises who are willing to recruit the expats.
Chiara Betrucco, the Account Executive from the leader company in the HR, FESCO Adecco, shared the Evolution of Chinese Labor Market & HR Trends in China（More information please click here）.
With the final Q&A session, the audience had the opportunity to interact with the speakers regarding further information, details about personal cases or the practical experiences.
At the end of Seminar, Consul Sergio Maffettone and Deputy Consul Davide Castellani joined for greeting to the guests.
