International leading company in engineering and manufacturing of positive displacement pumps and fluidics systems for the automotive, medical, foodservice and industrial fields is looking to hire a General Manager for its manufacturing plant based in Shanghai.

Reporting to the MD, the GM has P&L responsibility for China factory operations.

The GM will be expected to drive profitable growth through strong focus on business development operational excellence and strong leadership.

Under the General Manager’s guidance and instructions, the candidate will assist the General Manage with:

- booking appointments, replying emails and following the office work;
- organizing business trips for sales department;
- handling the delivery from and to suppliers / customers.

•  Senior management position. Help the company leaders to make company business development strategy and be responsible for the sales team and sales support team.
•  Set the Company sales target, sales modes, sales strategies, sales budgets and relevant rules.
•  Managing well the sales team, standardize sales processes in order to achieve the sales target.  
•  Good at the analysis of new & existing distribution system, market potential, sales figures and cost of sales channel, calculating profit and loss.

An international company, worldwide leader in its industry, is looking for the Chinese Branch (about 15 people working in the Business Unit) located in Guangzhou, Panyu District, a dynamic sales person, in charge to support the sales Manager to develop the business in China.

Monthly Salary: 7000 - 10000 RMB, depends on experience.
