She is a licensed Patent Attorney and Attorney at Law in the People’s Republic of China, having obtained multiple professional certifications, including the PRC Legal Professional Qualification and Senior Compliance Officer certification, demonstrating her broad and in-depth legal and compliance expertise. Royal brings extensive experience in serving multinational clients in the field of intellectual property, particularly patents. She has a strong track record in patent searches and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses and maintains a notably high success rate in patent invalidation proceedings. Prior to entering private practice, she worked as a patent engineer at a major internet company, where she gained valuable experience in corporate intellectual property management and strategy.   Valentine de le Court  Partner at Osborne Clarke, Brussels Valentine de le Court is a Belgian lawyer and a leading expert in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on cross-border patent litigation and enforcement strategies in Europe. Currently a partner at Osborne Clarke in Brussels, he advises global companies on IP protection and disputes. From 2014 to 2018, Valentine lived in Shanghai, where he worked for a local IP firm with a strong international department. This experience gave him deep insight into how Chinese companies approach IP protection and enforcement on a global scale.
