  The China Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to taste the real flavor of Italy at the FOOD & WINE SHOW, an intercultural week to be held from August 21st to August 25th 2013 at Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC). The event will be held in the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the SWFC, and involves the participation of three countries (Italy, USA, France), who will have the chance to promote their tourist attractions and the specialties of their culinary and wine culture. In this occasion, CICC will have its booth in the SWFC, in an area set up for this occasion where our members will display, promote and sell their products, organize workshops, food & wine tastings, demonstrations and seminars.   Moreover, we will host a special corner of Ospitalita’ Italiana - Ristoranti Italiani nel mondo (Italian Hospitality Seal - Italian Restaurants in the World) the worldwide certification promoted by Unioncamere with the administrative support of IS.NA.R.T., and in collaboration with 5 Ministries, which groups and spots all those Italian Restaurants that respect certain norms in protection of the image of Italy by using use of genuine Italian products, offering authentic Italian recipes, replicating a truly Italian atmosphere and so on. Italian cuisine includes a variety of exquisite dishes…Simple, vibrant, subtle, delicious and diverse, it represents a fundamental aspect of our culture.
