Marchio Ospitalita` Awarding Ceremony, 13th April 2011

During the ceremony, three restaurants in Guangzhou - Limoni, Prego and Oggi – were awarded with Ospitalita’ Italiana worldwide certification at the presence of the Italian authorities and have been interviewed by local Media. CICC Vice President, Mr. Marco Bettin and the Consul General of Italy, Mr. Paolo Miraglia del Giudice, gave a speech to the audience, stressing the importance of this initiative to promote the quality of Italian products and cuisine in China.   Following the success of 2010 edition, CICC will soon launch the certification process of the 2011 edition, aiming at involving more and more Italian restaurants in China.   CICC wishes to thank everyone who took part to the event, as well as the awarded restaurants in Shenzhen - Mezzo, Paletto and Milano – whose representatives could not attend the ceremony.   Let’s eataly!   CICC

The China and Italy School of Policy, designed in close partnership with Italian and Chinese institutions, offers advanced learning programmes on international industry, company strategies and government policies.   The Director of the School, Prof. Marco di Tommaso, is planning to organize in Guangzhou a 3 days reunion with the ex students, giving them the opportunity to get in contact with the Italian companies located in Guangdong province, facilitating the economic and cultural relationships between China and Italy.   The program would be as follows:   - On April th 9th (morning time), Visit of 2 Italian factories in Foshan, in order to acquire knowledge of the production phases and meet the manager of these companies, for a better understanding of the industrial and managerial processes. If you are interested to host the delegation, you should send your positive reply to infoguangdong@cameraitacina.com before March 24th 2011. “First come, first Served” basis will be applied.   - Half day meetings with the GM or HR Managers of Italian enterprises located in Guangdong province, who might be interested to meet the students to evaluate possible employment opportunties. The location of the meeting will be  Foshan, on April 7th or 8th (exact day and time will be confirmed with the organizer). Each company will be given 20 minutes’ time.
