- Participate in legal due diligence and M&A related work
- Be responsible for legal documents drafting, reviewing and translation work such as JVC, MoU, AoA and commercial contracts
- Provide FDI related legal advisory services, business structuring, and handle the incorporation procedure for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV
- Provide other legal advice for clients on commercial, corporate and labor law related matters etc.
- Work with external lawyers for disputes resolution

-参加法律尽职调查、并购相关工作；
- 负责法律文书的起草，审查和翻译工作，如合资企业协议，谅解备忘录，公司章程和商业合同；
-提供外商直接投资方面相关的法律咨询服务，业务结构，办理外商独资企业货合资企业的公司注册手续；
-为客户提供商业，企业和劳动法等相关事宜的法律咨询；
-与外部律师解决纠纷的工作；
-能够维护和发展坚实的客户基础；
-完成由公司指派的其他工作。

The digital marketing specialist is a key role for the development of the company on the Chinese market and will be responsible for the digital marketing activities in China.
He/She must have good knowledge of the digital marketing tools, with a special focus on analytics and advertising. He/She must be able to work easily on the main platforms in China and be the main technical reference in the agency.
He/she will report directly to the Country Manager China.
In details he/she will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Be part of a network of over 850 Italian and Foreign companies in China and abroad. Obtain greater visibility through sponsorship, cooperational opportunities and advertising on the CICC's website.
