Dear Members and Friends,
The Intellectual Property Working Group of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce extends an invitation to attend an informal chat "IP TALK" with two visiting foreign IP professionals in Shanghai: Daniele Petraz, Partner at GLP Italy and Jay Suh, Partner at SungAm Suh South Korea.
During the event, which will take place on Friday, April 12th, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, our guests will give us some highlights on their respective jurisdictions, recent trends, hot topics, etc. and will be available for an informal talk with our Members.

Daniele Petraz

Daniele Petraz is co-managing partner at GLP. On daily basis Daniele helps Clients with strategic consultancy on IP matters related to the development of new products and on prosecution strategies.
As head of the International Department of the firm, he regularly attends conferences and seminars all over the world. Daniele acts as Director in various companies in Italy and abroad. Daniele is author of various publications related to Intellectual Property and is a lecturer on IP related topics. Daniele is lecturer of Intellectual Property at the University of Udine and member of AIPPI, INTA and AIDB.
GLP is a worldwide recognizable European IP firm with headquarters in Italy. The Firm was founded in 1967 and has offices in Udine, Milan, Bologna, Perugia, Zurich and San Marino. Jay (Joohyung) SUH is a U.S. Attorney at Law (active member of the New York Bar since 2006) and a partner at SungAm Suh International Patent & Law Firm heading the International Patent Division of the firm. He worked over 9 years for prosecution on standard / strategic patents for a global electronic corporation. He also has vast experiences in all areas of IP, including trademark infringement litigation, patent infringement litigation support work as well as giving tailored IP strategies and services for SMEs and government affiliated institutions.
Founded in March of 1986, SungAm Suh International Patent & Law Firm has endeavored to provide services in all areas of Intellectual Property combining the know-how accumulated for more than 30 years with young workforces joining the firm.
