Mr Alessandro Roda Bogetti - Lawyer
Alessandro Roda Bogetti, senior associate of DS Avocats Law Firm, has been based in China for three years. Active in the field of commercial agreements and trade law, Alessandro has been engaged in a variety of corporate operations, such as joint ventures and acquisitions, and dispute resolutions.

Ms Natalie Boue - Lawyer
Nathalie Boue benefits from a 11 years` experience in advising companies on commercial and contractual matters and is specially dedicated to French and Spanish companies wishing to set up their business in China. She is member of the Executive Committee of the French Chamber of Commerce in China. She speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.

Mr Thomas Chen - Head of Business Advisory Service
After working in Paris and Beijing for Mazars Group, since 2004 Mr. Chen has been based in Shanghai where he leads the Business Advisory Services Line. He has extensive experience in accounting and taxation regulations, both in China and in France. He advises startup companies in China of the complexities involved in Greater China finance and accounting requirements.
He holds a French Accounting and Finance Diploma, as well as a Sino-French International Management Diploma.
