CICC IPWG on How to Navigate Trademark Infringement & Counterfeiting

17 December 2021

CICC Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) welcomed over 30 companies to the webinar “Protect Your Brand Against Infringement and Counterfeiting - From Investigation to Action” on December 15th 2021.

In this session, we addressed how to deal with trademark infringement and counterfeiting.

Often foreign companies are caught off-guard on how to react. Our IP experts provided suggestions on how to carry out anti-counterfeiting investigation in a (cost) effective manner and the remedies available for companies and especially SMEs.

Prevention instead of a mere reaction upon infringement is the key to ensuring IP protection of your brand, here are the suggestions of our speakers.
