The Institute of European Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (IES-CASS) together with the Reviews "Economia Italiana" and "Review of Economic Conditions in Italy" published by UniCredit Group, organize on 21 October 2009 a conference on the occasion of the publication of the volume:
"The role of central and local administrations in economic development in Italy and China" .
The event will take place in the morning (h. 8:30 - 12:30) at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), No. 5, Jianguomen nei Street, Beijing.
In the afternoon (h. 15:00 - 17:30) the event will continue at the Italian Cultural Office of the Italian Embassy (2, San Li Tun，Chaoyang District, Beijing) with a round table on "Italian firm`s experience in China and relations with various levels of government".
The volume "The role of central and local administrations in economic development in Italy and China" will be available and distributed in Italian, Chinese and English.
