The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to invite you to the webinar “Italian Cosmetic Companies Enter into China Market”, which will be held online on September 16th, 2022.
The implementation of a new regulation system for cosmetics in China is having a significant impact on business of imported cosmetics, leading to remarkable changes on liabilities, role of entrusted production, level of compliance, IP protection. Foreign Cosmetics Companies entering Chinese Market do need to know how to settle and protect their business in light of the new system. The discussion will focus both on the role of the entrusted production and on the new liability system.
