ITALIAN CHEF

Job description:

• Report to the General Manager
• Able to create new dishes and new promotions
• Able to make menus all the times
• Able to make the cost analysis of dishes components
• Able to communicate with the suppliers
• Able to do meetings, trainings and briefings
• Responsible to keep the cost low accordingly with the budget
• Responsible to respect the date of "best before"
• Responsible to maintain the food quality all the times
• Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards
• Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques
• Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor
• Ensure the kitchen sanitation all the times
• Clean and maintain equipment and area used in food preparation
• Responsible to purchase all goods
• Always make a comparison of prices among different suppliers
• Able to prepare different menu, buffet and special events
• Able to communicate with the local staff
• Need a person who is willing to teach and repeat all the times
• Need a person who is willing to develop the staff
• Able to follow our Bella Napoli’s standards all the times
• Able to Familiarize with all the costumers
• Able to assist all catering’s service and event’s organization
• Be willing to learn all the times
• Able to listen feedbacks and to improve all the times

Working hours and Salary:

• We provide accommodation
• Salary to be discussed, it depends on work experience
• 21 working days of holiday per year
• Working hours not fixed, 1 or 2 days off per week
• We offer a round airfare to your home town after a year complete
• Bonus at the end of the year accordingly to the performance and the action plan
• Preferable candidates currently staying in Shanghai, final interview and one-month probation period in Shanghai are required.
