4th Italian Song Festival in Shanghai – The Best Years of our Lives

China-Italy Chamber of Commerce has the pleasure to announce the 4th Italian Song Festival in Shanghai - The Best Years of our Lives.Organized with the artistic direction of Ermanno Cima Vivarelli and Alice Cosulich, and the support of Italian Cultural Office, the event will take place on October 10th, at the Malone`s in Pudong, starting at 8.30pm.Unlike the previous ones, this edition of the Italian Song Festival will not be a contest: it will celebrate 40 years of Italian history, by showcasing images from movies that have become icons of the Dolce Vita and the Italian lifestyle, and performing songs which all witnessed and expressed the progress of our society and culture and that became evergreens, a unique legacy to each one of us.The location of Malone`s Pudong is a brand new, modern, stylish facility, able to host more than 1000 persons and thus fully equipped to accommodate an enthusiastic audience.Live music will accompany our amateur singers, performing songs from the best Italian music repertoire.The tickets pre-sale shall start on September 16th, and tickets will be available at following spots:      - CICC Shanghai Office      - Italian Restaurants in town, in both Puxi and Pudong AreaTickets are sold at RMB 150/pax, including one welcome drink, and all the proceeds of the event will be donated in charity.CICC invites those Members interested to perform at the Italian Song Festival to contact us by Sept. 13th, in order to arrange for the Artistic Director to audition them within the shortest possible time.The participation to the event is open to CICC Members, their families, friends and to anybody who is passionate about Italian culture, friendliness and party atmosphere and that, at the same time, wishes to support a good cause.In this respect, should you wish to make a voluntary sponsor donation, please contact Ms Elena Tosana to confirm the donation amount; donations can be done by private citizens as well as non-Members, and due to organizational necessities, they must be paid in cash to Ermanno Cima Vivarelli.CICC will give visibility to those companies providing donations by the deadline of Sept. 19th, by printing their logos on the event leaflet.
