The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you that the 20th edition of LPS - The Luxury Properties Showcase - will be held on 6-8 December in Shanghai at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre located on Nanjing West Road. In this framewok, Barbatelli & Partners - as official partner of LPS - will provide VIP invitation to the Solo Italia VIP event that will be held on the 7th December.

LPS Shanghai 2019 is the leading luxury real estate exhibition held in China’s commercial and financial capital. The event will welcome over 200 luxury real estate companies presenting unique estates to a discerning audience of more than 120.000 Chinese luxury home buyers. Organized in cooperation with over 200 official media & show partners, the twentieth consecutive edition of LPS will allow the city’s elite property buyers to interact and mingle with the world’s most influential property experts. Held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center located in the heart of the city, LPS Shanghai 2019 will showcase properties from all over the world: China, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia, France, UK, Italy, Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and many more.

This year, Italy has been chosen as the Country of Honor of LPS Shanghai 2019. To celebrate the Italian way of luxury lifestyle, the organizer will hold a VIP event named "Solo Italia" to share with all invited guests the unique charm of Italy.
