China Sourcing Summit 2013

China's Ministry of Commerce is offering Italian Chamber of Commerce members complementary VIP entry to the “China Sourcing Summit 2013”, taking place in Hangzhou on July 3-5.

The “China Sourcing Summit” event is the biggest and highest level government outsourcing event held in the Asia Pacific region. Now in its 5th year, this annual event will bring together over 1000 delegates from across the world. As VIP guest at the event, accommodation and meals are complementary with logistics cost to the covered by the attendees. Some VIPs will have the chance to attend the Gala dinner together with 2 leading officials, Deputy Minister of MOC and the Mayor of Hangzhou.

Requirements for registration:
1. VIPs must be Italian
2. Outsourcing service providers are not eligible for the VIP tickets.
3. Every VIP should use their own company name and job title to register this event. They should be senior management level, and there is a limit of 1 VIP for each company.
4. As a VIP, the only fee they need to cover is their own logistics to Hangzhou and back. The organizers will cover 4-night accommodation and meals, and there are no registration fees.
5. VIP should attend at least 2 days of the event (July 3 & July 4)
6. Maximum number of 20 VIPs from the Chamber on a first come first served basis.
