CICC Meets the Italian Parliament Delegation in Beijing

Lorenzo Riccardi, Chairman of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), met with Vinicio Peluffo, President of the Parliamentary Association "Friends of China", in Beijing during the Italy-China Political Dialogue, organized by the International Department of the CPC and the Parliamentary Association "Italy-China".

The CICC delegation also included Vice President Andrea Croci and Board Members Francesco Innocenti, Lorenzo Bali, and Alessandro Lamantia.

The parliamentary delegation comprised former Vice Minister of Economy Antonio Misiani and other members of the Italian Parliament: Francesca Ghirra, Giorgio Lovecchio, and Nicola Stumpo. 

During the event, representatives from both associations participated in the plenary sessions, and exchanged views during the networking activities on the role of Italian companies in China. Discussions also covered potential joint initiatives and ways to strengthen institutional support from Rome for the Italian business community.

Founded in 1970 by Senator Vittorino Colombo, the Parliamentary Association "Friends of China" continues to promote "people's diplomacy" between Italy and China.
