CICC met with the Italian Competition Authority in Beijing

On September 10th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) had the pleasure of meeting with Roberto Rustichelli, President of the Italian Competition Authority, in Beijing. 

The CICC delegation was led by Chairman Lorenzo Riccardi, together with Vice Chairman in Beijing Andrea Croci and Secretary General Fabrizio Costa. 

The meeting served as a valuable opportunity to exchange views on the opportunities and challenges faced by Italian companies in China, with a focus on key topics such as antitrust, consumer protection, competition, and market access.

The discussion highlighted the importance of fostering a transparent and fair business environment for Italian enterprises operating in China and underlined the role of institutions in supporting companies in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
