Dear Members and Friends of CICC,
On May 25th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China and the SwissCham, organized the Ladies' Afterwork at Haollee in Sanlitun. It was the perfect occasion for the guests to mingle and network on a special occasion.
The event started at around 6 pm with welcome drinks and a selection of sweets and pastries.
It was then the turn of the pastry chef to briefly introduce the different cooking methods and instruments necessary to pastry making, before leaving the floor to the other cooks, that guided the guests in their pastry making process step by step.
After the cooking was done, all the guests were able to taste their own creations and to bring them back home.
The CICC would like to thank the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, the SwissCham and all the participants.
