Post Event - Seminar: “Revenue Management: Hotel Industry's Best Practice Case"- December 12th, Shanghai

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to announce that the seminar: “Revenue Management: Hotel Industry's Best Practice Case", organised in collaboration with the SwissCham, has been successfully held on December 12th, 2019 in Shanghai.

The moderator of the event was Mr. Alfonso Troisi, SwissCham Shanghai's President, who welcomed more than 30 guests and opened the event. The two distinguished speakers Rainer. J. Burkle and Jennifer Liu from Marriott International shared their experience and insights to help guests gain a better understanding of revenue management in the hotel industry and new challenges under the influence of China's specific social media channels and distinct younger luxury customer base.

The presentations were followed by a Q&A session. Guests enjoyed a pleasant evening in the Shanghai EDITION hotel with delicate canapés and drinks.
