RECAP: "PromoteHaikou" held in Guangzhou, 6th Nov

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to announce that the “Guangzhou Promotion Conference for Haikou’s building of the Core Leading Area of Hainan Free Trade Port” was successfully held on 6th November, at the Baiyun Hotel in Guangzhou, jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Haikou and CCPIT Guangzhou.

The Chamber supported the event and attended with a delegation of several member companies. The conference was moderated by Wang Sujin, Vice Director of CCPIT Haikou, and featured an opening address by Huang Xiaofeng, Vice Director of CCPIT Guangzhou. Romina Di Martino, Manager of the CICC South China Office, also attended the meeting.

During the conference, a promotional video highlighted Haikou’s vibrant development as the core leading zone of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Representatives from key industrial parks outlined the core policies effective after customs closure, which will establish Hainan as a special custom supervised zone with streamlined access to the global market and regulated trade with the rest of China.

The event concluded with a networking session, allowing participants to engage directly with presenters and address specific policy and collaboration inquiries.
