Job description:

We are looking for 1 candidate for Public relation & service associate

Job description:

Report to the restaurant manager
Responsible to host the costumers and managing the reservations
To Familiarize with all the costumers
To increase our average check, more upselling
Follow our service standard
Promoting our monthly marketing during the operation
To update our costumers database
Able to communicate with Chinese costumers
Be willing to learn all the times
To assist all catering’s service and event’s organization
To assist to communicate guest’s request for all kinds of events

Working hours and Salary:

We provide sharing accommodation
Salary to be discussed , it depends on work experience
21 working days of holiday per year including Chinese public holiday
Working hours and day off not fixed
We offer a round airfare to your home town after a year completed
Final interview and one-month probation period in Shanghai are required.

Education Background:

Requirements:

Bachelor degree and at least 2 years’ experience are must
Age preferable from 25 to 35
Fluent Chinese speaking and English
Italian or European nationality
Need a person open mind, socialize with our Chinese and international clientele
Knowledge of Italian service standard
Flexibility is a MUST!
