The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce invites you to take part to the Webinar organized by CICC Innovation & Technology Working group, which is the first of a monthly series: “Technologically driven change, practical implications” to be held online on Friday June 19th from 17:00-18:00 (Beijing Time).

Based on theoretical content from academic research and practical case studies of technologically driven change, the Webinar aims to bring awareness on the aspects to be taken into account in order to implement successfully the introduction of a new automated system. This can be of interest for:

• the company which is implementing the new system, so as to take into account the most appropriate communication and training strategies
• the vendors that have to interact with the user (employee), so that to improve the user experience and maximize the overall outcome for the customer.

• First part: projected trends of automation and expected sales of machinery and automated systems into the Chinese market and globally. This will make visible both the opportunities and the impact that this new technological transition will mean for the market, including labor market, and particularly in China.
• Second part: the speaker will share with the audience the findings, at the time being, of a PHD research which focuses on the impact of robotics and automation on the organization.
