(Hybrid) Workshop "Financing for SMEs - tools and best practice", 6th April 2021

Dear Members and Friends, 

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to the workshop “Financing for SMEs: tools and best practice”, organized in collaboration with the EU SME Centre. The workshop will be held on April 6th, 2021 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm (CST Time) both online and offline at EU SME Centre Office / CICC Beijing Office  (3-2-21 Sanlitun Diplomatic Residence Compound , Gongtibeilu No.1, Chaoyang District , Beijing). 

 

 

 

The workshop will provide an overview of the main financing options and best practices to European SMEs that operate or wish to enter the Chinese market. It will provide hands-on knowledge and practical tips including but not limited to how to access Chinese Government support, seek financing for projects, obtain financing from financial institutions in China, and solutions for facilitating funds transfer.

About the Speakers

 

Dickson Leung, Founder and Senior Partner at LehmanBrown International Accountants 

Mr Dickson Leung, from Hong Kong, is one of the founders of LehmanBrown International Accountants and is currently the senior partner. Mr Leung has more than 30 years of rich financial experience, including more than 30 years of experience in international accounting firms and multinational companies in China. He used to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, the world's four largest accounting firm. He is familiar with and is proficient in the taxation and accounting regulations of both China and Hong Kong.

 

Sergio Miele - Senior Business Development Consultant at ICBC Milan Branch

Mr. Sergio Miele has been working for 43 years in UniCredit Group holding various managerial positions in  6 different countries and in the domestic network.From 1998 to 2009 he worked in China  as UniCredit Chief  Representative.Since 2016 he joined  ICBC Milano where as  Senior Business Development Consultant  he supports ICBC Italian network (Milano and Roma) in enhancing the business activity and improving the relations with Italian financial ,entrepreneurial and Governmental Institutions.

 

Tanya Wen, Founder & Managing Partner at Seta Capitals

Ms. Tanya Wen is the China Representative for Investment Attraction Department of the Italian Trade Agency (an Italian Government entity). At the same time, Tanya is a Founding Partner at Seta Capital. Prior to establishing Seta Capital, Tanya led Crescent Point’s China outbound investments in Europe. Prior to Crescent, Tanya worked for CHAMP Private Equity, Australia’s leading private equity buy-out fund where she focused on investments in Australia, China and South East Asia.
