Dear all,
An IPWG meeting is summoned on 18/07/2019 at 17.00 at the CICC premise in Guangzhou (Room 948, Garden Hotel, 368 Huanshi Dong Road, Garden Tower, Guangzhou, 510064).
Subject of the meeting: elections for the new IPWG Coordinator and Vice-Coordinator and update about IPWG’s activities.
Each IPWG member can present can present a candidacy by filling in this form and sending it to elezioni2019@cameraitacina.com together with a scan of the residence permit and a short biography within 08/07/2019 at 18.00 (Beijing time). Candidates’ biographies will be shared with all IPWG Members subsequently.
For more information, please consult the CICC WGs General Rules and be minded that the elected Coordinator and Vice-Coordinator will stay in charge for two years and that they need to be regularly enrolled in the CICC as Supporting Members.
Each participant can vote for max n.1 candidate for Coordinator and max n.1 Vice-Coordinator while attending the meeting or by sending an email to elezioni2019@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the meeting (proxies are not accepted).
