Job description: 

The candidate will play a key role within the firm business development in China by assisting the Company Chairman and China Desk Director in the effort. She/He will be asked to fulfill the given tasks with a high degree of autonomy. In this role, the candidate will act as an Executive Assistant for any need related to In3act China general management with perspectives of becoming a Junior Analyst.

As an Executive Assistant, the candidate will facilitate daily office duties and manage our company's general administrative activities, including: interpreting and translation; relationships with accountants and other administrative service providers; travel planning; document production and translation; preliminary admin management (including HR); marketing and communication; any further general activity supporting the Chairman and staff to manage back office. Also, the candidate will assist the Chairman in dealing with Chinese counterparts by providing highly skilled interpreting (Chinese/English).


Only candidates with the following background will be considered:

  • Chinese (mainland) national (Beijing native or has lived in Beijing for at least 5 years), mandarin Chinese native speaker,
  • Full proficiency in English (Italian knowledge is a plus),
  • At least 1-year work experience in service companies and/or in strategy consulting companies or equivalent roles in prominent western multinationals,
  • Degree from a prominent University in China or abroad with proof of excellent academic record,
  • At least 1-year study/work experience in Europe/US/Australia,
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills and ability to work independently,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate should excel at solving problems that require logical reasoning, creative thinking, practicality with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues,
  • Proved expertise in at least one of the following industries: Energy, Environmental Protection, Chemical, Consumer Goods, Retail,
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to work with complex information/data configurations,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook),
  • Excellent communication, team-working and interpersonal skills,


Salary Package

Salary and benefits package will be aligned to the actual experiences and capabilities brought by the candidate. In very general terms, the package will be structured as follows:

Gross salary,

Year-end bonus up to a number of monthly salaries according to actual performance assessed through structured and mutual performance appraisal,

Percentage on commissions on new Client’s project selling stages and projects continuation contributions,

Non-client project expenses reimbursement package,

Other benefits tailored to candidate specific characteristics.
