Elective General Assembly_Beijing, Friday May 5th 2017_Voting Procedure

Dear Members,

The Elective General Assembly will take place on May 5th, 9 am at the Italian Institute of Culture, Embassy of Italy, 2 Sanlitun Dong Er Jie (北京市朝阳区三里屯东二街2号).

Registration starts at 8:30 am, ballot procedures should take 2-3 hours.

Who Can Vote? (ref. Handbook for Elective General Assembly on May 5th)

1. Designated representatives from a corporate member based in China;

2. Individual members residing in China.

 

How to vote? (ref. Handbook for Elective General Assembly on May 5th)

There are three ways to vote:

1) In person by secret ballot at the General Assembly.

To participate, please send an email to info@cameraitacina.com within May 4th 2017 6:00 pm.

2) Throughout e-Vote on the CICC Website, from May 1st 9:00 am to May 4th 2017 6:00 pm. For more information on how to vote, please refer to the following guide.

Note: The e-voting procedure is automated and confidential. Aggregated results and list of voting Members will be available.

3) Assigning a proxy – use the official proxy form to delegate someone to vote on your behalf. Please fill in the official proxy form and send a scanned copy to elezioni2017@cameraitacina.com by May 4th 6 pm.

Note: Each Member may not receive more than three (3) proxies. No proxy is available for e-Vote. No sub-proxy is allowed. Proxies received after the deadline or in a format different from the official proxy form will not be accepted.
