As the comprehensive revision of the new Company Law is set to introduce significant changes to various aspects of the systems for foreign-invested enterprises. Mr. Matteo Zhi, Senior Partner of D'Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel, outlined the 10 key issues that foreign-invested enterprises should prioritize under the new company law framework.
