Dear Members,
I hereby summon the General Assembly on Friday January 11th, 6.00 p.m., at the Auditorium of the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing.
The agenda of the day will be: “Approval of the New Statute compliant with the directives by Assocamerestero”.
Only 2013 Members will be entitled to exercise the right to vote.
The voting will start along with the opening of the 2013 Membership Campaign, that is - taking into account the anniversary of the Foundation of the People`s Republic of China - on Monday, October 8th 2012. While subscribing or renewing the Membership fot the 2013 All Members resident in China ("Voting Member" under the current Statute) shall vote for the New Statute.
