Neos Commercial Flights: Reservations Open for February and March

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to inform that seat reservations are now open for Neos commercial flights scheduled until March 2023. Reservations are open for the Milan-Nanjing route, as flights to Tianjin are no longer operated by the airline.

ABOUT OUR AGREEMENT WITH NEOS

As part of the agreement we signed with the Italian airline NEOS Air for Italy-China commercial flights, CICC members are entitled to preferential fares and reserved seats (10 seats reserved for CICC members on each flight) on the weekly commercial flights operating from Milan Malpensa to Nanjing.

Reserved seats are offered to CICC members also on return flights to Milan, while preferential fares are applicable only on outbound flights from Italy to China.

The agreement time frame is December 2022 to April 2024.

RESERVATIONS NOW OPEN

Seat reservations are now open for commercial flights scheduled until March 31st, 2023.

Reservations are open for the Milan-Nanjing route.

Seats are divided into economy class (6 tickets) and premium class (4 tickets).

Note: reservations for February and March flights are open until seats are sold out. It is currently not possible to reserve seats on flights from April 2023 onwards.

MILAN-NANJING FLIGHTS

The Milan-to-Nanjing commercial flights will take off respectively:

Until March 21st 

• Every Tuesday: at 17:30 (Rome Time) from Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) with arrival to Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) at 12:05+1 (Beijing Time)

After March 27th 

• Every Monday: at 15:00 (Rome Time) from Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) with arrival to Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) at 08:30+1 (Beijing Time) 
• Every Thursday: at 15:00 (Rome Time) from Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) with arrival to Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) at 08:30+1 (Beijing Time)

The Nanjing-to-Milan commercial flights will take off respectively:

Until March 23rd

• Every Thursday: at 10:30 (Beijing Time) from Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) with arrival to Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) at 16:50 (Rome Time)

After March 28th

• Every Tuesday: at 11:00 (Beijing Time) from Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) with arrival to Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) at 17:45 (Rome Time)
• Every Friday: at 11:00 (Beijing Time) from Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) with arrival to Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) at 17:45 (Rome Time)

Exact departure and arrival time will be confirmed by Neos following the confirmation of reservation.

Ticket Price*

The price of a one-way ticket to Nanjing** in ECONOMY CLASS is set at €750.

The price of a one-way ticket to Nanjing** in PREMIUM CLASS is set at €990.

*Ticket price is subject to monthly changes. The price indicated refers to the period from February 15th, 2023 to March 31st, 2023.

**Preferential fares are not applicable on return flights to Milan.

BOOKING PROCESS

Attention: seats shall only be allocated to CICC Members'  employees (Italian nationals) and their family members (no restrictions on nationality for the latter).

Step 1

To book your ticket, please fill out the excel form that you can download here and send it to assistenza@cameraitacina.com.

Please note that CICC team reserves the right to require proof of employment, self-declarations and other certificates as to finalize the booking procedures.

Please be noted that date change is allowed only upon special circumstances and only for a maximum of one time at this preferential fare.

Step 2

The payment link will be sent by the Neos staff to your email address within a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of the booking confirmation from assistenza@cameraitacina.com.

Step 3

Complete the payment transaction through the link and reply to the email with payment receipt within 2 working days. Booking process will be considered completed only after the payment receipt is received.

TIME SCHEDULE

Reservation system closes 4 working days before the actual departure time.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DEPARTURE

All passengers must be in possession of the documents required by the Authorities of the country they are entering.

All passengers are at their own risk in case they fail to provide required documents for departure.

BOARDING PROCEDURE

Passengers must arrive at the check-in gate at least 5 hours before the scheduled departure time. 

Passengers must be in possession of all the documents required to enter the country of destination.

Each passenger is allowed to check in a hold baggage with a maximum weight of 23KG and 1 hand piece of 8KG.

Pets shall not be allowed to travel.

(!) DISCLAIMER

Passengers must accept and abide by the following conditions:

• Passengers departing from Italy to China must carry out a molecular swab within 48 hours before departure. Those who test negative for COVID-19 can travel to China. In case of positive results to the COVID-19 tests, the passengers shall be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price upon presentation of written evidence confirming the COVID-19 infection.
• Cancellation on personal reasons, passengers shall be entitled to the refund with a 35% penalty of the ticket price.
