The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you that the First Edition of CICC Morning Talk B2B vs. B2C Digital Marketing: “How to Reach Your Audience Online” was successfully held on 27th of February at CICC Office in Shanghai.
It was a remarkable event aimed to deepen the Italian and International Brands Digital approach in the Chinese Market.
After the registration time, Ms. Emanuela Vizzarro, CICC Shanghai-Suzhou Manager, welcomed the guests with an opening speech introducing the two speakers.
The first speaker, Ms. Graziana Maellaro, Tutor Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni, presented “The Community Management 2019 top challenge” which focuses on how to reach the audience online considering different factors - the D2C and social commerce, the mindstyle, consum-author and the empathy.
The second speaker, Mr. Diego Serafini, President at DS International, talked about how foreign luxury brands have to pay attention in approaching the Chinese market, from the point of view of “brain shortcuts” that we do as global consumers.
After the speakers’ presentation, there was a brilliant Q&A session and breakfast offered to all participants.
