Job description:

Info service, preparing and managing budgets and quotations for CICC services. Assist colleagues and the Team to research, secure and manage CICC suppliers for activities and services purpose.
Assisting all the CICC Members with their daily requests. Prepare and manage news and contents for CICC’s different platforms.
Support the Manager and the Team by carrying out and monitoring development of new projects, CICC Services and Partnership Opportunities.
Coordination of CICC Working Groups relevant to Beijing jurisdiction.
If required support on-site for CICC event.
CRM of the Membership Campaigns;
Office management related to coordination with IT supplier, office suppliers order, organization and update of archive and other similar tasks;
Human Resources support (Interns application process);
Support to accounting tasks.

Education Background:

Chinese nationality;
Chinese mother tongue
Proficient command English (oral and written. Italian is a plus);
Economy studies background (preferential);
Proficiency in Excel and Office;
Minimum of two years working experience;
Pro-activeness, ability to work under pressure and multi-task, independence in organizing his/her job;
Immediate availability.
