亲爱的中国意大利商会会员们和朋友们, 中国意大利商会(CICC)很荣幸地通知您第二届届中外地理标志产品博览会将于2023年9月19日至21日在四川省泸州市举行,本届博览会将首次设置主宾国,由意大利担任并开设主宾国馆。意大利对外贸易委员会和中国意大利商会将在意大利驻华大使馆的支持下共同打造意大利国家馆。 本次博览会由四川省泸州市人民政府主办,并受到了商务部外贸发展事务局、四川省农业农村厅、四川省商务厅、四川省外事办公室、四川省市场监督管理局以及中国国际贸易促进委员会四川省委员会的大力支持,旨在以“强化地理标志保护·促进高质量产业发展”为主题,旨在推进地理标志产品交易、技术交流、文化互动和投资促进。 意大利国家馆拟设定在欧盟和国际展馆所在的主展厅。 参与准则和条件 为了推广有卓越品质的意大利农产品,本次博览会的意大利展馆展位面向意大利农产品公司和当地进口商/分销商招展,参展产品仅限于2020年在布鲁塞尔签署的《中欧地理标志产品保护与合作协议》附件四和附件六 所列出的相关意大利产品。 如需下载博览会相关详情,请扫描下方二维码了解更多信息。 加入意大利国家馆即可: 在意大利国家馆内进行产品展示和提供品尝服务:根据参展商提供的物料和产品进行布展(展示公司logo、手册及其他相关推广物件) 展商代表在场的情况下可提供部分产品(日常食品和新鲜奶酪)的品尝服务; 可在展会相关的推广环节(展会手册,意大利国家馆内等)展示公司Logo、手册以及相关信息(二维码、网站等) 在国家展馆内接待公司代表访问团; 可以自行配备专业展会人员,提供关于产品的基本信息和企业联系方式 参展要求: 参展的意大利农产品公司或当地进口商/分销商需按时(具体时间以主办方届时要求为准),准备并运送到场适当数量的产品样品,以便在展会的3天内展示和品尝。 请注意本次展会将只展出《中欧地理标志协议》附件四和附件六所列的意大利产品。 为了更好地展示意大利的整体形象,国家馆将按照产品属性(例如,红酒、奶酪等)划分展区而非按照参展公司为单位来分配。每家参展公司可展示其商品并附带展品名称、二维码等相关信息。 所有与产品、运输和交付相关的成本和费用将由参展公司自行承担。 中国意大利商会有权要求展商提供参展产品清单以便作最终审核。 价格: 展位免费 场地和时间 场地:泸州国际会展中心 时间:2023年9月19日-21日    咨询更多相关信息或有意参展请于2023年8月11日前联系 infochengdu@cameraitacina.com   顺颂商祺, 中国意大利商会团队   

Call for Exhibitors - 2023 2nd GIPExpo (Global Geographical Indications Product Expo), September 19th-21st, Luzhou

Dear members and friends of CICC, The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to inform you that the 2nd GIPExpo (Global Geographical Indications Product Expo) will be held in Luzhou (Sichuan Province) from September 19th to 21st . This year, for the first time since the establishment, Italy has been named as the country Guest of Honor. For this occasion, ITA (Italian Trade Agency) and CICC, with the support from  the Embassy of Italy in China will co-organize the "Italian National Pavilion". The 2nd GIPExpo is hosted by the Luzhou Municipal People’s Government of Sichuan Province, supported by the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, the Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Province, the Administration for Market Regulation of Sichuan Province, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Sichuan Council. Themed "strengthen the protection of geographical indicators and promote the high-quality industrial development", the Expo aims to advance the trading of Geographical Indication Products, technical exchange, cultural interaction and investment promotion.   The Italian National Pavilion will be set up in the main Exhibition Hall dedicated to EU and international Pavilions.   TERMS AND CONDITION TO PARTICIPATE In order to promote the excellence of Italian agricultural products, we are sending out the call for companies, local importers and distributors of Italian agricultural products LIMITED ONLY to the Italian products listed in the Annex IV (preferred) and Annex VI of the EU-China Agreement on GI Product protection and Cooperation signed in Bruxelles in 2020. Our Offer include: Showcase and tasting of products within the Italian National Pavilion. Shared spaces with LOGO, QR code, brochures and other information will be arranged according to the product delivered and to be displayed. Tasting of some products (e.g. diary product or fresh cheese) could be allowed only at the presence of a Company’s delegate. Use Company Logo, brochures and information (QR code, website etc.) for any communication and promotional activities related to the Exhibition (Official Exhibition Catalogue, Exhibition area of the Italian National Pavilion, etc.);   Possibility to host a Company delegate within the National Pavilion. Company professionals can provide basic information about the product and the company's contact details to the audience.   Our Request from Company: Companies or local Importer/Distributors of Italian agricultural products are required to duly delivery on time (The specific time is subject to the organizer's requirements at that time) a suitable amount of sample of products to be displayed and tasted during the 3 days of the exhibition. We kindly remind that the Exhibition is ENTIRELY FOCUSED on the Italian originating products listed  in the Annex IV and Annex VI of the EU-China Agreement on GI (go to Read more). In order to present a better image of Italy as a whole, the National Pavilion will be organized according to product attributes (e.g., wines, cheeses, etc.) rather than according to exhibiting companies. Each company will be able to display its products with the name of the exhibit, QR code, etc. All costs and expenses associated with products, shipping and delivery will be the sole responsibility of the exhibiting company. CICC reserves the right to request exhibitors to provide a list of products for final approval. Meeting Between F&BWG and Italian Embassy on Agri-food
