The Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) of the CICC is glad to invite you to the online workshop “IP Management and Patent Litigation Strategies in China”, on March 23rd 2022. During this session, Pirelli's Head of IP - Patents and Know-How will discuss with our experts how to formulate best practices of IP management and to prepare for patent litigation in China’s evolving regulatory framework, business environment and policies. The workshop will focus on the protection of new technology, innovation and R&D management strategies. We will discuss how is Pirelli managing its trademark, patent and know - how portfolio in China.
