SALES OPERATORS - Shanghai

Italian Brand, operating in the Healthy Food Industry, already established in Shanghai-Pudong, is now expanding in China by setting up a National Network of Outlets and is looking for SALES OPERATORS (Long Term Career Path).

The Career Plan:

• Start in the position of Sales Operators for 6-12 months’ experience in the operation, with training program and management support
• Career Plan, from Sales Operator to Business District and Area Manager
• Revision of job position every 6-12 months

The Offer:

• Excellent economic conditions, with basic salary of RMB 10,000, plus bonuses to reach a remuneration between RMB 15,000 and RMB 20,000 within the first 12 months, with further yearly substantial increase, to reward the personal performance and that of the District and Area Business Operations
