On the 5th of September, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) held the patronage for the ChinaHUB-Shanghai of the Intelligence on the World, Europe, and Italy 2025.
The day started with a closed-door morning session of the Ambrosetti Club | China Chapter, an Expert talk with Professor Huang Jing, a leading authority on US–China relations and security in the Asia-Pacific. Later, in the afternoon, the event continued with the 51st edition of the Intelligence on the World, Europe, and Italy made available to the ChinaHUB participants through a joint streaming, with an audience of partners and guests for a total of over forty-five in-person participants.
The local event, coordinated by Mattia Marino, China CEO of TEHA, was sponsored by the Beijing Club, with the patronage of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, and saw the participation of our CICC Chairman, Lorenzo Riccardi, in the afternoon.
The morning discussion, titled “Understanding the current geopolitical shifts (and what to expect next)”, offered Ambrosetti’s members an in-depth analysis of today’s global order. Professor Huang explored the balance that marked the start of 2025 and how it has since evolved.
In the afternoon, the broadcasting of the renowned Cernobbio Forum was held.
The opening discussion panel was titled “Intelligence on the World, Europe, and Italy” and focused on the “Future Global Challenges and Impacts on Business” was held in Villa d’Este, Cernobbio and hosted 45 attendees. This event provided the audience with useful insights regarding current global challenges, specifically focusing on Europe and the US’s responses to ongoing conflicts.
As an international Think Tank and high-level forum organizer, TEHA’s ongoing broadcasting of the Cernobbio Forum, under the CICC’s patronage, provides our members with a space for dialogue and unique insights from leading industry experts and academics.
