The 2020 Vinitaly China Roadshow will continue the professional spirit of joint promotion. It will be jointly organized by Veronafiere and the Italian Trade Agency （ITA）, with the support of Shenzhen Baigao Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. This Roadshow is only open for the professionals of this sector (such as wine importers, distributors, e-commerce, retail, agents, ready-to-drink and non-ready-to-drink channels, direct sales and large group purchases, etc.) to ensure that the event is professionally maximized. Dear Members and Friends, The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to present a “Italian Pasta and Spices” Masterclass, that will be held on September 29th, 2020, at Crowne Plaza Jiefangbei 11F in Chongqing. The event is organized in the frame of the True Italian Taste project, part of “The Extraordinary Italian Taste” campaign, promoted and funded by the Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale and carried out by Assocamerestero in cooperation with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad. The event is aimed to support and promote the authentic Italian products in China to hinder the issue of the “Italian sounding” phenomenon, products with an Italian appearance, but not considered an authentic Made in Italy product. The event will be open to experts in the F&B sector, media, influencers etc., to promote and taste authentic Italian food. During the event, in order to provide the participants a deep insight on the special peculiarities of Italian food, this Masterclass will explain in detail about real and certified pasta, as well as about DOP and IGP.
